Dr. Ramona Hollie-Major is the Chief Operations Officer for COI Energy.

Ramona is a native of Allentown and an alumni of Allentown School District – Go Huskies! She attended Drexel University, DeSales University, Lehigh University, and Fielding Graduate University in her educational pursuits and considers herself a Lifelong-learner.

Ramona is a past fellow for The Education Policy and Leadership Center and AASA/Howard University Urban Superintendent Academy. Her past employers include Allentown School District, The School District of Philadelphia, National Institute for School Leadership, Crayola, LLC., and DeSales University. She is a Member of the DeSales University’s Business Advisory Council, Board Member for The Literacy Center in the Lehigh Valley, AmbassaDoll for The Black Doll Affair, and an Army Veteran. I

n addition, she is a member of Life Church, Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., Jack & Jill of America, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and The Links, Inc.

She is married to William (Bill) and has two grown children, Jade and Christian who she is very proud of. Ramona enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and serving her community.
