Yorman De La Rosa serves as the community liaison for Lehigh County. In this role he is a conduit for economic and community development projects between county government, regional businesses and organizations, and the community at large.

His commitment to community engagement and cross-culture collaborations has taken him to Morocco as a Peace Corps community development specialist and to Washington, D.C. as an advocate for low-income, first-generation college students.

Yorman’s goals are to continue to engage regional and national leaders and experts to develop effective and equitable strategies around housing, food security, education and workforce development.
