Adam Taylor

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from Penn State University. He brings over 20 years of expertise in health care compliance and quality assurance to his current role as a Compliance Specialist in the Accountable Care Organization at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). He is certified in Project Management, Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Quality, reflecting his dedication to upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence in the health care sector.

Prior to joining LVHN, Adam spent more than two decades working in behavioral health at KidsPeace, based locally in Orefield, Pennsylvania, where he progressed from direct client care to Manager of Quality Assurance. In this leadership role, he chaired several key committees, including Quality & Safety, Human Rights & Ethics and Culture of Safety, and played a pivotal role in maintaining Joint Commission accreditation. His extensive experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of health care operations, ensuring that systems and practices not only meet but exceed regulatory requirements.
