Lindsey is the Executive Director of Grant Development and Institutional Advancement for the Allentown School District, Pennsylvania’s fifth-largest school district, serving the diverse educational needs of 16,700 students annually. In this role, she manages grants, partnerships and individual and corporate fundraising to enhance donor relations and support the district's strategic goals. Previously, Lindsey served as Special Gifts Officer at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, where she cultivated major donors and developed the UNITED for Mental Health special fundraising initiative. 

Originally from northeastern Massachusetts, Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Virginia. She began her nonprofit leadership career as Executive Director of The Seed Farm, a business incubator that offers training for new farmers on a 42-acre site in Emmaus. Her career has focused on building organizational capacity, developing key partnerships and breaking down barriers to equity. To that end, she has also served on various local boards and committees during her nearly 20 years in the Lehigh Valley.
