Madeline Marte

With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Maddie has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the community she calls home. She began her journey as the Director at the Boys and Girls Club of Allentown, where she managed the Cumberland Gardens Unit, coordinated programs and oversaw a dedicated team serving 45 to 100 students daily. 

Currently, Maddie serves as Office Manager and Junior Earn a Bike Coordinator at Community Bike Works, Allentown, where she efficiently manages the donor and student database systems, gathers statistical data and provides insightful reports to support the organization’s mission and fund development. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she coordinates and teaches the Junior Earn a Bike program during the school year and summer months, where students learn that just like building a bike requires tools and parts, building a healthy life requires social and emotional tools. 

Fluent in English and Spanish, Maddie values inclusivity and communication in all aspects of her professional and personal life.
