Erin Ludwig serves as the Executive Director of Community Engagement at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), part of Jefferson Health. In this role, she leads the network’s strategic engagement with community-based organizations, major venues and foundational partners across the region. Her work is rooted in a commitment to building vibrant, healthy communities through thoughtful investment, inclusive partnerships and meaningful connection.

Since joining LVHN in 2013, Erin has shaped a robust portfolio of community investments, sponsorships and high-visibility events that align with the network’s mission and growth. She also oversees the network’s charitable contributions strategy, milestone event planning and stakeholder engagement, including serving as executive liaison to the LVHN Board of Associates.

A recognized leader in the Lehigh Valley, Erin serves on the Board of Directors for Discover Lehigh Valley and the Executive Cabinet for the Valley Preferred Spirit of Courage Awards. She is a member of Cohort 11 of the Leonard Parker Pool Institute for Health’s Pool Fellowship collective impact program and has held numerous leadership roles in regional organizations focused on equity, innovation and young professional development.

Erin is a recipient of the Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 Award and the Future Leader of the Lehigh Valley Excellence in Business Award from the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud graduate of Penn State University’s College of Communications and Schreyer Honors College, where she earned a B.A. in public relations with minors in business and communication arts and sciences. Erin lives in Lower Macungie with her husband Brad and daughter Paige.
