Kaitlyn Kelly

Kaitlyn Kelly is the Assistant Director of Community Initiatives at Community Services for Children (CSC), where she has worked for the past four years. As a licensed social worker, Kaitlyn is deeply committed to building strong community partnerships and creating opportunities that help children and families thrive. 

Her work at CSC focuses on connecting resources, fostering collaboration, and promoting equitable access to support for all families. Committed to work in the early childhood education space, Kait convenes a free after-school program for youth twice a week within Allentown’s Franklin Park Neighborhood, and plans various seasonal, kid-friendly events in collaboration with community partners.
