Trevor Tormann

Trevor Tormann is a senior planner for the City of Allentown, contributing to and managing strategic initiatives within Community and Economic Development. 

Joining the city in 2023, he has since supported the development of Zone Allentown, Allentown's comprehensive zoning code rewrite, and authored Allentown's Recompete Plan, the city's landmark U.S. EDA grant, now Allentown Works. He supports the City of Allentown execute on place-based economic development and shape public policy to advance workforce development goals. 

Trevor holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Loyola University Maryland and a master's degree in public policy from Lehigh University. 

Trevor has lived a proud 20 years in the Lehigh Valley, and he is strongly passionate about supporting small cities earn the resources and attention they deserve.
