Trevor Tormann

Trevor Tormann is a senior planner for the city of Allentown, contributing to and managing strategic initiatives within the Department of Community & Economic Development. 

Joining the city in 2023, he has since supported the development of Zone Allentown, Allentown’s comprehensive zoning code rewrite, and authored Allentown’s Recompete Plan, the city’s landmark U.S. Economic Development Administration grant, now Allentown Works. He supports the city of Allentown as staff executes on place-based economic development and shapes public policy to advance workforce development goals.

Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree in public policy from Lehigh University. 

Trevor has proudly lived in the Lehigh Valley for 20 years, and he is passionate about supporting small cities in earning the resources and attention they deserve.
